It gives us great pleasure to announce the Queensland Intervarsity Law Competitions ('QILC') organised by the QUT Law Society, and sponsored by MinterEllison and King & Wood Mallesons.

 

The Queensland Intervarsity Law Competitions ('QILC') are a great way for budding advocates in Queensland to further develop their legal skills. QILC is organised by the QUT Law Society and aims to emphasise a variety of competitions including a moot, negotiation, client interview and witness examination. QILC also aims to encourage younger competitors and competitors with limited experience to be involved in a prestigious external competition.

In 2023, the preliminary and semi-final rounds of QILC will be running from 23 - 26 of September at QUT Garden's Point Campus and online.  The Grand Final will be held on 28 September.
